1. These Principles for the Use and Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the 'Principles') of the business company České modelky sro, identification number: 27921409, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 126636 (hereinafter the 'Company') and obligations of the Company, as the controller of personal data and natural persons, as the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the 'User'). The protection of the personal data of the User who is a natural person is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, as amended, and with effect from 25 May 2018, also by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the on 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR').
3. In the event that the User has consented to the processing of his / her personal data, such data are processed by the Company solely in accordance with this Policy. The User declares that he / she has read this Policy, agrees with its wording and acknowledges the rights and obligations stated therein.

The user agrees to the processing of their personal data such as: name and surname, social security number, permanent and temporary address, age, weight, biometric data such as breast, waist, hips, hair and eye color, weight, shoe size , height, age, date of birth, practice, smoker / non-smoker, driving license, time flexibility, educational attainment, facebook profile address, e-mail address, telephone number (collectively referred to as 'Personal Data') as well as other data, which the User will communicate to the Company in the future through a web portal, electronic mail or telephone conversation. 5. The User agrees to the processing of Personal Data by the Company for the purpose of handing over such data to the Supplier of the service or product and for sending information and commercial communications from the Company and formulating further offers of services by the Company. , models, photo models, faces for TV commercials, live mannequins, promoters, etc.), electronic communications services and financial services. 10. The User confirms that the Personal Data provided is accurate and that he / she has been advised that this is a voluntary provision of Personal Data. The User has the right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator whether or not personal data concerning him are being processed and, if so, he has the right to access such personal data and the following information: - processing purposes; - the categories of personal data concerned; - recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; - the planned period during which personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine that period; - the existence of the right to require, as the controller, the rectification or deletion of personal data concerning the User or the restriction of their processing or to object to such processing; - the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; - all available information about the source of personal data, if not obtained from the User. The User is also entitled to request from the Administrator a copy of the processed personal data, provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons. The Company may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies at the User's request based on administrative costs. If the User submits an application in electronic form, the information shall be provided in electronic form, which is normally used, unless the User requests otherwise.
2. Right to repair. The User has the right to have the Company rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. With regard to the purposes of processing, the User has the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration.
3. Right of erasure (right to be forgotten). The User has the right to have the Company delete personal data concerning him without undue delay and the Company is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons is given: - the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which have been collected or otherwise processed; - The user revokes the consent on the basis of which the personal data were processed and there is no other legal reason for the processing; - The user objects to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes; - personal data have been processed unlawfully; - personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation laid down in European Union or Czech law; - personal data has been collected in connection with the offer of information society services on the basis of the consent given by the child.
